"My neck had been hurting for two+ weeks now and I got to a point I needed help to reduce the pain. I found Higher Mind and was bale to get in the same day. Alicia, was welcoming and kind. After filling out the paperwork, Alicia took the time to ask a few questions to get a better understanding of my needs and to get a better scope of what would help. I only had time for a half hour session and it was amazing. I can feel the tension melting away, the pain was easing away within the first ten minutes of therapy.
